QUASUR can undertake Contract Administration which involves managing and administering the terms of the building contract between the Employer / Client and the Building Contractor. We would administer the project in such a way to ensure that the correct contractual procedures and good administrative practices are followed, and that the life of the building contract from inception to completion is accurately and completely recorded.
QUASUR would normally be involved as Contract Administrator from the initial conception and design of the project, through its construction, to its completion, providing support and reassurance to all parties. Historically, this CA role has been undertaken by our Director on a number of building projects including large and small healthcare projects, small residential projects and civil engineering projects. |
