We provide traditional Quantity Surveying services such as bills of quantities, tender reports, cost estimates and cost control. Also, we are able to act as Employer’s Agents, Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Principle Designers.

Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 40 years experience as a QS with easy access to Chichester and the rest of West Sussex providing professional traditional QS services looking to ensure clients obtain value for money. Whether based in Chichester or looking at construction work within the area, we are keen to assist and know the area well.

QUASUR have significant experience of working for Contractors, both general and specialist and can easily access Chichester and the surrounding area whether it be for estimating / tendering services or to assist with Valuations, Final Accounts or Contractual issues.

Most construction projects require a Principal Designer and we can provide that service on projects in and around Chichester. We have been involved in Health & Safety matters in construction over several years acting as Planning Supervisors, CDM Co-ordinators on numerous projects and, now, as Principal Designers with membership of the Association for Project Safety.
