​PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

​QUASUR can carry out the role of Principal Designer under the  Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Clients have a legal duty on most construction projects to appoint a Principal Designer. QUASUR are suitably qualified to act in this role with A Jenkins being an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety.  

​Our services aim to ensure that best practices are executed throughout the project to reduce the likelihood of notifiable health and safety events.

As Principal Designers QUASUR will:

• Plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase
• Help and advise the client in bringing together pre-construction information
• Work with designers to eliminate foreseeable health and safety risks

Liaise with the principal contractor to help in the planning, management, monitoring and co-ordinating of construction phase.
