Tender Submissions
At tender stage it is becoming increasingly rare for Contractors to receive adequate measured information (in the form of properly and professionally formulated Bills of Quantities or quantified Schedules of Work) to enable direct pricing.
Quasur will work in conjunction with Contractors in order that their individual price requirements are followed and preferred sub-contractors and suppliers are utilised.

- Quasur can carry out take-offs from the tender documentation and formulate Bills of Quantities for pricing purposes where none or inadequate pricing documents have been provided.
- Quasur can obtain sub-contract and supplier quotations or work packages for sub-contract quotations to allow the pricing of the tender.
- Quasur can carry out full tender compilation including site visit, pricing including preliminaries costings and attending tender review meetings.
- Quasur can assist in formulation of Construction programmes and cashflow forecasts.
- Advise on the Contract being used and any amendments incorporated.
- Quasur will review sub-contract quotations and update tender submissions as packages are resolved
