Chartered Quantity Surveyor Pulborough - Quasur are a professional surveying practice with over 35 years experience. We provide traditional Quantity Surveying services such as bills of quantities, tender reports, cost estimates and cost control. Also, we are able to act as Employer’s Agents, Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Principle Designers.
We also provide QS services for Contractors from estimating through final account and/or contractual claims

Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 40 years experience as a QS based close to Pulborough and West Chiltington and with easy access to the rest of South East providing professional traditional QS services looking to ensure clients obtain value for money. Whether based in Pulborough or looking at construction work within the area, we are keen to assist and know the area well.

QUASUR have significant experience of working for Contractors, both general and specialist and are based close to Pulborough and West Chiltington and can easily access other parts of West Sussex as well as surrounding counties whether it be for estimating / tendering services or to assist with Valuations, Final Accounts or Contractual issues.

Most construction projects require a Principal Designer and we can provide that service on projects in and around Pulborough. We have been involved in Health & Safety matters in construction over several years acting as Planning Supervisors, CDM Co-ordinators on numerous projects and, now, as Principal Designers with membership of the Association for Project Safety.

QUASUR can provide a broad range of Project Management and/or Contract Administration skills to residential and commercial clients in and around Pulborough.
