We provide traditional Quantity Surveying services such as bills of quantities, tender reports, cost estimates and cost control. Also, we are able to act as Employer’s Agents, Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Principle Designers.

Most construction projects require a Principal Designer and we can provide that service on projects in and around Thakeham. We have been involved in Health & Safety matters in construction over several years acting as Planning Supervisors, CDM Co-ordinators on numerous projects and, now, as Principal Designers with membership of the Association for Project Safety.
